On Long Island alone, abortion is widely accessible with dozens of abortion providers across Suffolk and Nassau Counties, including providers offering late-term abortions and online providers offering abortion pills access by mail. On average, 20,000 women on Long Island each month turn to Google to search abortion related terms. With your help, we can capture the attention of these young women and offer them abortion-alternative care before they make an abortion decision.
We have the solution! Soundview Pregnancy is the ONLY pro-life evangelical pregnancy organization to offer access to free medical services, social work consultations, and practical care to women at risk for choosing abortion on Long Island. Soundview’s services are provided by licensed medical professionals and social workers who serve with compassion, wisdom, and love. Soundview has additionally become a trusted community resource for ongoing parenting education, material assistance, and screening our patients for issues of domestic violence, human and sex trafficking, abuse, and more. Because we do not receive any government funding, women in crisis are only able to receive our life-saving care because of the generosity of pro-life individuals like yourself! According to a study conducted by the Charlotte Lozier Institute, there were 72,548 abortions reported to have been performed in New York in 2018. As New York continues to be a ‘Sanctuary State’ for abortion services up to the moment of birth, women will increasingly travel to Long Island to terminate the lives of their unborn children. Soundview Pregnancy must continue to expand our reach to these women through additional staffing, new centers, and extended weekend and evening hours. Surrounded by a culture of destruction and lack of morality in our state, we are confident that offering services like sonograms, which allow women to see the movement and heartbeat of their baby, and compassionate option counseling from Licensed Social Workers are the key to empowering women to choose life for their babies!

- Give women considering abortion an opportunity to see their baby’s heartbeat and movement through ultrasound, resulting in more decisions for life.
- Provide social work consultations to clients in crisis to help them overcome social, spiritual, and relational obstacles by providing Biblically based education and coaching.
- Connect women seeking to reverse their abortion with a medical provider who can quickly prescribe life-saving abortion pill reversal medication.
- Provide transportation via UberHealth and Language Translation Services, allowing women in crisis the opportunity to easily choose Soundview’s abortion-alternative care over going to their local abortion clinic.
- Expand our discipleship and educational programs, giving more individuals an opportunity to respond to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to make decisions aligned with God’s will.
